just got done beefing up my exhaust some more...i ran dumps at the axle with a set of thrush welded mufflers, and let me tell you iam impressed. i have always been a flowmaster 40 guy but this time i didnt have the money for a set of 40's so i picked up these thrush welded 2chamber mufflers from summit. i was sceptical due to only spending 69.00 on both mufflers and shipping. thats cheaper than 1 flowmaster would cost. but any way they sound amazing deep with that good throaty "flowmaster" sound. and honestly dont seem to resonate as much as a flowmaster. so to anyone thinking about buying these mufflers i would highly recommend them! my exhaust setup is bbk 1 5/8" ceramic shortys, bbk 2 1/2" h-pipe, and now thrush dumps. along with getting some good cheap mufflers i did all the work myself so i saved a ton of money. so now i can sound like the flowmaster guys at a 1/4 of the cost! any kind of warranty? only thing i wounder about is how there going to hold up or if the cheaper price is because of lower quality. anyways good to hear your happy with them good job!

 

no warranty that i know of but if for some reason they burn out or fall off next year i will buy another set and put'em back on. i would still be under the cost of 2 flowmaters. but i dont see that happening any time soon. the craftsmanship to me was the same on the thrush's as the flowmaters. after i took off the dynomax turbo kit with tailpipes (stainless mufflers...for sale) and ran these dumps it really made my car grow a whole new set of larger nutz.
