i just bought a reichard racing 3.20pulley (11-12psi) for my procharger p1sc/intercooled/meth injection. will it be safe to run 12psi on my stock motor with a safe tune??

Provided you have a safe tune and all the necc. fuel supply, you should be fine with the 12psi boost.
