I am thinking about intercooling my 88 gt i am looking at ebay intercoolers like the DIY sticky in this forum but i am wondering does anybody know how this would affect speed density?? also my supercharger is the same one as described in the thread but its facing the other way

 

I dont know much about tuning on speed density setups, most people here probably wont either. I know you want an answer, but just shooting from the hip I dont forsee it causing any problems, but to the gain you would looking for I would guess it needs a retune

 

It will work fine with sd. For future reference I'd ask in the speed density section, alot of the members there will swear by sd & wouldn't convert to mass air if someone paid them to.
