Have an 02 stang. it's rated at 260 hp. i would like to know what's the easiest way to get that extra 40 hp to make the engine get to 300hp reliably. i know it won't be 300 at the wheelse I jsut at least want to get the engine at 300 hp. I have a aluminum drive shaft on order to help take away some of the power loss getting to the wheels.

 

get some U/D pullies, CAI (densecharger or K&N), midpipe, headers, catback, TB + plenum. that should put you to about 300 crank. nitrous would be the easiest way to get you up to 300. if you really want to feel a difference in your car though, i suggest getting some 4.10 gears. you'll be pulled back in your seat then.

Yeah...K&N, Magnaflow (pipes & headers), and Nitrous would get you there and make it sound like it's there too.

Long Tube headers, mid-pipe, catback, densecharger, 70mm t/b, plenum and a tune.

 

what are you talking about? nitrous is widely accepted as a legit power adder. so think about whaT YOUR GONNA say b4 you say it. so as not to offend me any further

 

you don't cheat? then keep your car completely stock. you're "cheating" every time you put an aftermarket part on there.

Your new to the performance world arent you? Please explain how thats cheating? All N20 does is put more oxygen into the engine. Thats basically what your doing with your little bolt ons. So like Nanaki said, in your own view your cheating anyway.
