ok heres the deal.i have a 90 gt 306cid twin turbo 30lb injectors plugs 1 stage colder than stock gap is .30 fuel pressure 40psi at the regulator.also have tweecer chip with an ok tune on it.my headers glow cherry red after normal driving for a short time.runs fine makes good boost when u want it no detination what so ever plugs are in good shape.so my question is what is causing this glowing under normal driving?any suggestions would be appreciated.ty
yes im running draw through until my blow through comes in.been waiting on it for 2 weeks now.and i dont see how i could possibly be running rich with twin turbos and 30# injectors.
what kinda timing do i need to be running and at what rpm do i start to pull it out ?
what ems are you running? i know that my stang sees as much as 40* total timing while just crusing...and thats the factory tune. i havent modified the midrange, just wot and idle. just because your running small injectors doesnt mean it can run rich while cruising if its not tuned right.
