Default Need help with headers

I might get headers for 06 v6. Im not sure what brand to get or anything. I already have JBA h pipe and mids if that helps. Ive also heard a lot of headers are illegal, is this true? Finally how much is all this going to cost?

i have JBA shorties on my f150. they are well made but the design could be better. im sure its do to a lack of room that caused them to make them the way they are. as far as legality is concerned, just get ones that say 50 state legal. since your not in CA, you can get the ones that say 49 state legal and be fine.

the name is pretty much self explanatory. long tubes are longer then shorties. youll get more hp with long tubes but you will also have to buy a shorter midpipe. shorties usually are designed to bolt right in to the stock midpipe

should. as long as the hpipe is supposed to work with the stock headers and the jba's are designed to work with the stock h-pipe youll be fine
