Does anyone have any sound clips of power flos or has anyone heard it in person? I really like the sound of SLP's LM systems, but they're just too damn loud for my taste. The Power Flos appear to actually have mufflers capable of limiting the noise to some degree, so I'm wondering if this is the exhaust for me. If anyone has heard it, please offer some commentary. How does it compare to the stock exhaust in terms of volume and sound? How does it compare to the LM systems? Does it retain the same sound but just lose some of the volume? Does anyone know?? I have searched the internet for these answers from one side to the other to no avail.

I just had the slp LM II's installed and do not find them overly loud or annoying at all.

They sound just right in fact.

I just got my LM2's on yesterday. They're almost not loud enough, but man, they sound incredible compared to the stock exhaust.

 

damn you. i thought this was a topic about you already having them. i'm eager to hear them as well. my LM2s are deep as hell and really loud. power flo are supposed to be even deeper.

 

How are the LM2s under 2500 rpms? Super loud or tolerable do you think?

 

very tolerable. it makes you smile. the 1s are VERY loud and still have a nice, deep tone. the 2s are louder than any other exhaust, except 1s, and are very deep. they make me happy in my pants.

 

do you just have the cat back LMII's with the stock H pipe? If so, do you think that the SLP catted X pipe would be worth the investment??

 

i have the LM2s with a magnaflow catted X. it sounds soooo good! it has a nice, dee pur at idle with a slight rumble to it. cruising below 2500rpm has a nice deep rumble to it. when you get on it, it's just filled with crazy goodness! i haven't had it with the stock H before. i had LM1s with stock H. those sounded really good with stock H, but sounded even better with my X. the 1s with a MAC H sound sick! it shakes the ground from a mile away!
