So currently, I have an SLP Loudmouth 2 catback on my car. With the o/r x, it has almost no tone, and almost sounds like a fart cannon higher up in the rpm.

Was thinking of switching to a chambered muffler, to turn down the volume a bit, and get some tone back.

What kind of mufflers do I need to get? The SLP tailpipes are 2.5'', do I get 2.5'' inlet/outlet mufflers? Or 2.25'' so they fit into the tailpipes easily and can get clamped? My current SLPs are welded in.

Was thinking either magnaflows or macs.
