Right now i have weld-in flowmaster...should i just finish my exhaust off with a new cat-back...it it even worth it?

meh.. only if you want a different sound, i'd say get a new catback. you won't notice any gains by getting a brand new catback. midpipe is where the magic happens.

but if you plan to go s/c, those 2 1/4" pipes aren't helping anything.
