Default Elec. connecter on PCV?

Im installing a vortech v3 on my 03 gt and the directions say to replace the passenger side pcv with the one vortech supplied but there's an electrical connecter on the stock pcv. Did I miss something or what? What should I do.

the wire is there because you have a heated pcv valve. the one vortech supplies is a non heated valve from the 03/04 cobra. Supposedly they work better on boosted setups. imo you can use either one and it work just fine. You can remove the wiring that goes to the valve, it wont hurt anything or throw a code.
