I have a relatively stock 2000 GT (Just headers and CAI). How much nitrous can my 4.6 handle? Im lookin at a 100 wet shot, but I dont want to risk any damage to my car.

 

100 is fine.. u might be able to go 125 even but 100 will be safe.

 

Next question: I was looking at the edelbrock kits. What kits have everyone had good luck with? (i.e. easy/cheap to install and reliable)

 

well.. for the 99+, a lot of people use the holly NOS kits, which work great. 96-98 i've read a lot of people go with a ZEX dry kit and seem to like it. easy to install too. the NX kit is probably the best wet kit. not speaking from experience, just what the pros that do the installs at the shops.

 

i have used the NOS setup on a previous car. it was one of the easiest and most straighforward install of any part that i have ever done. that was a dry kit.
