Are the LM2s louder than the packs revving and during driving?

I know the lm1s are but are they as deep as the packs?

Are the stingers as deep as the packs also?

The reason im interested is becuase i have bbk longtubes and catless drgas xpipe and its just not loud enough for my taste. So any info would be appreciated

 

go to www.mustangexhaust.com and register there. once you're logged in on the homepage for forums there are over 200 soundclips for the 4.6 engine with all different combinations of headers, pipes, and cat backs. they have packs and lm2s there. The lm2s sound a lil better than the packs according to the sound clip and they are louder.

 

LM2s are about the same loudness, maybe a smidgen louder. much deeper though.

i can't compare that to mine unless i heard it in person. i don't even like the LM1 or LM2s sound in just sound clips. heck, even magnapacks sound worse in clips.

 

i konw what you mean, granted my idle doesnt sound horrible on this clip, just not loud as in person

i wish i new more peple around here who had 99-04 gt's

then i could get a good idea of what they sound like

Sound clips never accurately represent the sound of the exhaust systems because all you good looking fellers all have cheap cameras that have crappy sound quality.

 

glasspacks all sounds the same to me- louder than all hell.
