going to order headers for my 1995 5.O. Shorteis or long. What is the big diffence?

 

go with long, you gain more power because they flow much better which gives you room to grow as you do more and more mods to the motor

 

Are the ford racing headers good? I am going with the S.S flow master 40's with a H pipe set up? How much H.P's should i get. Looking ofr that deep throaty sound

 

never used the ford racing headers. ive had mac and bbk and both were very nice. i would get something better then flowmasters tho. as far as hp gain, all depends on how bad your motor needs the extra exhaust flow. if the motor is stock you might only pick up 15rwhp with a full exhaust system
