nitrous help
lets see...
i am going to suggest the NX kit only cuz thats what i have and i have not had experience with other kits. The zex kit looks cool cuz it shuts off when it notices ur air/fuel becoming too rich/lean.
also you need a bottle warmer and a purge kit to get it right where you want it. i also wouldn't run more than a 50 shot especially on the v6 so you don't screw anything up. but i would call NX tech line if i was you and ask what they have to offer and see what they think is best.

theres more to it than just buying a nitrous kit and getting it installed. i would learn the ins and outs before you ruin a nice brand new car. also are you planning to install it urdelf? if not i would have the shop that does the install show you how to do it
In my opinion because I've used everything but a Turbo...
I wouldnt spend anytime in putting a n20 kit on your V6.
If you must, a 75hp shot and thats it.
The ZEX kit is very nice.
I've owned NX and NOS and played with a ZEX kit before.
Lemme tell you this.
I lost over 50k when my NX WET kit backfired (125hp shot) and my intake/hood/and life blew up in my face.
My whole car burned to the ground because my car got traction on MT Slicks and bogged at the line. (street racing)
The fuel puddled in the intake and once the car launched from the sticky slicks...KAA-F*ckin-Booom!
Fire everywhere, people screaming, my bro flippin out...etc etc (The worst thing imaginable)
My 01 GT burned in less than 10mins. It exploded about 8 times. (shocks, tank, struts, tires)
ZEX is very safe and it works off of bottle pressure which is key to N20..besides the pluggs.
Keep it around 900psi-1000. Bottle warmers are great. Dont torch the bottle physically...idiots do this and problems happen.
Remember the first shots are you best so make them count.
When you fill the bottle, bring it in an igloo with ice.
The colder the bottle the more N20 you can squeeze in on the fill up. And be the FIRST one to get your bottle filled not the last from the tank at the performance shop because it'll have more air than n20.
Rule of thumb for pluggs and N20. After every completely used bottle, change the pluggs. (NGK)
I would use a dry kit and depend on your tuner. IMO!!!!!!!!
I say ZEX due to its management unit.
Hope I helped.

Most nitrous kits are realatively the same except nos & zex which use lesser quality solenoids.
Cold Fusion and NX use very similar solenoids which are the heart of any system
Cold Fusion offers a lifetime warranty , no questions asked on their solenoids, and are much more affordable.
That is why we sell their products, they are top notch and they don't pass on the cost of millions of dollars of advertising to make you think their product is better.

you can safely spray 1/2 the hp of what your motor makes NA
you should get an msd
all the basic kits have a couple safeguards in them.
i have used nos and zex...they both have fuel pressure cutoff switches and wot switches.
those 2 switches w/ an msd will pretty much cover you...fp drops, it shuts off, your armed but not wot...no juice, spark will be adequate, and you can always add a window switch to only spray between your desired rpms (wanna keep it above 3 grand)
bottle heater is a must when it cools off....a warm bottle at 1000 psi might only have 600 psi when cold and the spray will be 1/2 as effective and you'll use more
purge is no big deal.....unless your racing for cash or something , even then you can arm it and jump on it once to get liquid nitrous in the line....it turns to gas when it sits and warms up. but for the 100 bucks...it's worth it for the "coolness" factor
people are really intimidated when you purge it.....they think "oh **** , i'm getting my *** kicked"
the zex kit is unbelievably ez to install...i used it on a '90 lx 'vert aod v8 and 100 shot took it from 15.10's - 13.60's
NOS has been around forever, and their kits are copied by a lot of people....the dry 5115 kit took my 5.0 notch 5-speed from 13.20's to 12.50's on 75 jets
the website is http://www.holley.com
then follow the links for NOS...holley owns everybody now
