Default traction limit factor

whats your biggest limiting factor for traction first, the tires or the suspension? Does good suspension make crappy tires perform better? I know crappy tires dont make full use of good suspension but which one is the bigger factor for taking a corner?

This is kind of a "which came first, the chicken or the egg" type question... but I'd say a stock suspension on an r-compound tire has more grip than good suspension on junk tires.

Ideally you want good suspension (UPR) on sticky tires.
