Hello,

I'm looking at a 1999 Mustang to buy on a Facebook Sales post and by looking at the pictures you notice the right exhaust is hanging alot lower than the left.
Please help me answer these questions:
Is this normal?
Can it be fixed, easily or cheap?
Does it mean something is broke?

Not really on topic but this car is selling for $2500 would it be a good buy, Just looking at the pictures?
