Hello everyone. I currently have a 2017 GT with Borla ATAK cat back installed along with a Heartthrob H pipe that I replaced the small x pipe the cat back came with. I am looking for something to give me that deep muscle car rumble, not muffled or quiet but nothing too crazy loud either. My next investment will be long tube headers and I’m not sure if I should go catted or catless. Any opinions? And products you’d recommend?

Catless is illegal and irresponsible. Having said that, if you want something louder than what you have, that will be the only way to go. Headers won't make it any louder or faster for that matter. That deep Fox body rumble of old is gone since the mufflers are back of the axles.
