I recently installed a set of patriot exhaust side pipes. after i installed them on my 88 mustang convertible i realized that i didnt put any cats on it and there is really no room for cats does any one have any suggestions on what to do?

You'll probably have to have a shop weld some cats in. Reinstalling the stock exhaust every time you have to go for emissions seems a little ridiculous to me, but hey, you could do it..

personally i dont find it rediculous. 30 minutes to put in the factory H and another 30 to pull it out. 1 hour of work every 2 years is nothing in my book

yeah unless you live in an area with rust, then that 1/2 hour takes longer, and your forgetting the rest of the cat-back.
