Default which midpipe?

so i saw these two clips and fell in love with the exhausts.
mac catback w/vrs x pipe
mac catback with mrt catted h pipe
i know they are cobras so my exhaust will sound different but i figure itll be close and you can get the general idea of it. since h pipes sound deeper i figured id go with the mrt but they only make it for 99-04gts and i have a 96.
1. would the mrt h fit on my 96 since the exhaust r very similar?
2. should i get the vrs since they dont make mrt one for 96s
3. would the vrs sound bad since x pipes supposedly haver higher pitch?
4. are there any other h pipes that are similar to the mrt one?

all midpipes are basically the same. i mean they are two pieces of medal crossed. the only difference would be the quiality of the metal. like stainless steal or aluminum. im would just look at pypes midpipes. they are the cheapest. do a search im sure there are tons posts about midpipes

If you wanna get the Mac Catback, then why dont you go ahead and get the Mac o/r h-pipe or catted h if you have emissions? Just a thought.

i already have the mac catback installed. i was just worried about the different sounds b/w the different mid pipes. plus since there really is no difference ill just find a cheap coated one.
