NEW HERE... NEED CAT BACK ADVICE
Guys... I just purchased a 03 GT Convertible.... sweet ride but no sound. I need to purchase a cat back for it and I'm looking for your help. I'd like something that has a nice deep sound at idle and when accelerating but doesn't resonate the interior at hig speed (I'd like to still her the stereo). Any suggestions????? I heard flowmaster force II is a nice setup but like I said it needs to sound mean when accelarating.....
Thanks in advance.

yes borla stingers sound the best imo on the 99-04gts but they r pricey.
go to mustangexhaust.com and register and listen to their database of exhaust sound clips to give you an idea

I have havent redone the exhaust on my cobra yet, but I LOVED the sound of the flow's I put on my truck. Sounded GREAT IMO. Everyone on the board has their own opinion though.

check out mustang exhaust, they've got a whole bunch of exhaust clips. i think to hear them you have to register but that takes 1 minute. by the way my opinon is magnapack, low rumble screams at wot

every exhaust you get is gonna resonate inside when your at a good speed. I loved the sound of full flowmasters on my uncles old car, but that was a 96 cobra, not a GT. It would proabably sound similaron your GT.

Everyone has a different opinion. I personally would say SLP LM1 or LM2, or Borla Stingers. Flowmaster sounds good, but the others I mentioned are loud at WOT.

Borla's Stingers sound unbelievable, BUT,, they are pretty loud when paired with an aftermarket midpipe
i have them with an o/r H, and they are very very loud (got in trouble only once thus far)
good luck, if you want a few vid's of my setup let me know and i'll post them up for you to listen to
