Has anyone put a dry NOS kit on their car? If so, was it worth it? Also, how much does it cost to fill a 10 lb tank of Nitrous, and where can you ususally find it?

thanks for the info....

The kit I am looking at was features in I think the August issue of MM and FF, it gave a stock 98 auto GT over a hundred more HP at the wheels, now that kit included a new fuel pump made to supply more fuel when the N2O was being used... is that what you mean by the fuel switch?

150 seems like alot for this car. I dont think I would attempt a often used 150 shot on a stock mustang, even with timing and plugs.

I could be wrong, but I thought the maximum safe stock car shot was around 100?

If you have never sprayed before, start out small and work your way up to a bigger shot. It’s better to work out all the bugs and get things right before you go hog wild with the juice. You need to be realistic about your power goals. Beside when spraying 150-plus, you'll find out quickly the coefficient of friction limitations of your tires. Another thing to consider if you’re on a tight budget is when spraying bigger shots your going to be refilling your bottle more often.
