Im getting spray in about a month. I have looked at all the systems and am considering going with the venom. The computer (which moniters air/fuel ratio) seems to be the way to go with the nitrous system, for me anyway. Does all the other brands come with computers or just zex and venom. Does anyone reccomend the computer over regular systems. Does anyone reccomend any other brands besides venom. Im looking to spend 750 - 1000 for the full system, (blanket, purge ext... )

 

I have heard nothing but good things from Zex and Nitrous Direct. Might want to look into one of those.

 

I'll stick with Nitrous Express.

 

In all honestly, has anyone heard any bad things about any kit? Their all good in their own respect. The holley brand NOS kit is the originator and a lot of people are loyal to them. Whereas all these relatively new comers like ZEX and NX have a newer kina technology that some find better. Nitrous is nitrous. If you do a good install and you are responsible with you use of it you'll enjoy the outcome no matter what brand you go with.

 

You could get a NX wet kit with a Gen X upgrade and an MSD window switch for under 1000. Like FOXROD said all of the kits are good it just depends on personal preference, mine is NX buy you will do good with whatever you get. Just make sure you take your time on the install, and get everthing sorted out right and you have luck. If i were you i would also look into a window switch for a little extra safety.

 

Agreed. Or just get a full throttle switch and don't mis-shift.

 

yup , like they said...all about what you want , and how much your gonna use it.

personlly, i'd stay about 100 hp, and go w/ the lower priced kit and save the rest for fills.

there are some really good deals out there.

the compucar wet kit sells for like $369 , and it's a tb plate style.
