I'm here to see once and for all who is right. Iam wanting to put like a 75 shot of nitrous on my 98gt with about 145,000 miles on it. My freind keeps telling me not to put nitrous on it because of the miles, but the car has not had any problems at all. No leaks, no nothin. The only thing I had to do to this car is replace the clutch. So someone please help me settle this dispute.

 

you should be fine with that small of a shot, assuming the install is done right, even with a small shot off the bottle, dont cut any corners!

 

you'll be fine.

knock the timing down to about 10-12* depending on if it's cool or hot out.

close the plugs up to about .040-.045"

i am spraying my 3rd car w/ over 100k on it.

your key ponit was " there is nothing wrong w/ it now" as long it's all up to snuff, your good to go.

use the fp safety switch that comes w/ most kits, and you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

 

Throttle in a bottle....you'll love it. Just make sure you get the safety stuff that comes with mostly every kit and you'll be fine. Spray the hell out of it.
