can a5.0 in california pass smog with headers/cats/ and straight pipe? someone told me yes and someone told me no....

ca. is bad don't know..we getting worst here..

 

as long as you have the cats the mufflers play no role in emissions.

 

if you run no mufflers at all you will get a lot of popping as the car deselerates at off throttle I get a little with my glasspacks but with no mufflers its pretty bad.

even if you passed the sniffer test they still have a visual test. no mufflers =failure

 

with enough mkoney anything will pass
