Default need some opinions on rear window louvers!!

Cant believe this but the wife actually wants me to put the rear "back" window louvers on my mustang. (since when does a wife want you to spend money on your car", so my problem is that I like the look of the older mustangs but am not crazy about the S197's with rear window louvers. It is a more retro look (that was her words) but I dont see alot of the S197's with them on.

If any body has any pics of there S197 with the rear window louver installed please provide. Also were you got it would be helpful.

I really like the roush rear window louvers. If you search around you can get them for a pretty decent price too.

are those aluminum or plastic? and how about installation? I kinda like those, some louvers look like they are louver vents on an AC unit.

They are made of aluminum and then coated with that matte black finish. They apply with 3m tape to the window and they even include hinges so that you can clean your back window. I believe the hinges are gas shocks so they lift up easily.

I really like Joolander's louvers. Not sure what kind they are though.

I've been going back and forth about whether to put louvres on my car. Because I can't decide, I've decided not to do it for now.

The louvre's dominate the rear of the car. I've seen some that are painted to match the car that blend better.

This looks like a pretty good deal on those louvers.
