up for sale is a almost brand new sct live wire it is locked because of my dumb mistake
it is also fully functional you can use all the functions of it except for tuning

its a long story but here goes.... my friend was trying to upload a tune to his car an 03 mustang and when the tune reached 99% it took to long so i unpluged it and now its locked and his car reads no stragity when i put my xcal2
