How much are just the rears drilled?

I dont know a thing about brakes, so excuse the noob questions... but can i just add the pads to my current stock set-up? Will it be a noticable difference? Thanks.

Yes these are OEM replacement so they are direct bolt on. You will notice slightly more aggressive stopping.

Whats the difference between the PowerStop and the Kinetic? Is the price for the Kinetic for all four rotors and pads?

Yes Price for Kinetic is all 4 rotors and the PowerStop Pads. The difference is the PowerStop Rotors are North American castings and machined here in the USA. The Kinetic line is a house brand machined for us by PowerStop but using china castings.
