does that include the 3m tape to attach them, or how do they attach?

 

Everything just snaps on. Although id suggest putting a little 3m tape on the fogs if you could.. They can fall out pretty easily. My buddy lost one of his and obviously the whole set is worthless w/out just one

 

The rears are the only one that require velcro... The rears are tight on the bottom and use velcro on top. You need to buy new velcro at the auto store. The fronts are tight and need nothing more. You could put velcro on the fogs, but honestly its a tight fit. I need a butterknife to get them out...

i dont have fogs lol, so that wont be a problem
