Default Pony bars?

Hey all,

Can someone tell me where I might get my hands on the rear and larger front sway bars that come on the 06 197 Pony Package? I am autocrossing and all the front end push is killing me. I am getting faster, but I am burying the front corners in the tighter turns.

Thanks!

Jim

Go on Ebay to Diversified Marketing's Ebay store. They were offering a GT front and rear take-off package for $90 last week. The best buy you'll find. I paid $15 plus shipping to Saleen for the front, and $225 for the rear set up myself. Good mod, you'll love the difference!

Thanks Cayuse,

Is that the same pair that are on the 06 S197 V6 w/Pony Package? I am making an attempt to stay in the stock class for now and can only have it if it was offered as an option from the factory. Also, was the set you got a direct bolt on or did you need to make any modifications?

Thanks again,

Jim

Yeah! The GT bars are the ones that come if you order the Pony package. Even so, no tech check guy is going to know the difference between 28 mm and 32 mmm bars, so I wouldn't worry about that.

One last question before I do this. Are the GT take-offs a direct bolt on or does anything need to be modified/added?
