Yes, they will fit but they may stick out too far, just like you're trying to avoid

I was always told that rims with a 24mm offset would stick out too far on our Stangs.

Could you guys with the Razors post up some pics of a side view so I can see how far out they come?

Just curious..are the wheels hub centric like the stock Bullitts? By the way, they look great on all the pics posted.

POCO, the wheels are lug centric and probably to your surprise the stock Bullits are not hub centric either. Do an experiment, take off all the lug nuts and mount hold the stock whell against the hub. Now try to move it up and down. You'll see there is about 1/16-1/8" of play around the hub.
