Does LCA relocation brackets change pinion angle
You don't need to worry about pinion angle unless you have lowered your car. At that point you would consider relocation brackets to change your weight transfer and instant center, and worry about pinion angle
The Eibach pro-kit lowers the mustang about 1.5 inches. I could be wrong but it looks like the pinion angle will be changed when you install the LCA relocation brackets because of the lower mounting locations.
If that were the case and you had your stock LCA's you would have to manually rotate the rear axle up or down to line up the mount. I don't know because I don't have the brackets. I'm still guessing it does not change the angle.

The LCA relocation brackets DO NOT change the pinion angle.
Relocation brackets change instant center. (Google for "instant center" if you don't know what that is)
Adjustable control arms change the pinion angle.
They are two totally different things.

Well they could change the pinion angle if they moved the rear LCA mounting point down, but did not move it forward. That would cause the rearend to rotate upward. I'm guessing all the LCA relocation brackets move the mounting point down and forward to compensate for the greater angle.
