Default Full BMR suspension

OK I have had a full BMR rear suspension (udj. UCA, Solid LCA's, Lower relocation brackets, Adj, panhard bar) I don't seem to be able to keep enough grease in the control arms to keep them from squeaking. It is driving me nuts. I grease everything at each oil change. I have a very hard time forcing grease into the UCA bushing and that one seems to be the one making all the noise (at the body mount). Any ideas on type of grease (I use white lithium) or reason why the upper is nearly impossible to get grease into. Is there a mod to the bushing or do I just need more presure (nuematic is not out of the question) C'mon Big Al, I know you know what I'm talking about!

I use the gease that BMR sells. I had read that you need a certain grease but I think it might be BS.

Yeah, I am not sure if it is BS or not. I didn't use the silicon grease, I used synthetic grease as that is what I had in my grease gun and the BMR instructions just said to use grease, nothing about what kind. And I read that silicon stuff after the fact.

It is not bs, the other types of grease create the problem the op has explained. Also other types of grease tend to detoriate the bushings.

Didn't the new parts come with the specific needed grease? I just ordered BMR's level 2 rear control arm package and changed the lowers to the Billet with poly and the last thing I want is problems. Another question is everyone changing out the bolts/nuts for the lowers and using new Ford parts? I've heard these are only one-time use.

Thanks

I have heard they are a one time use bolt alsobut not sure. And no you need to buy a tube of grease yourself from BMR site.

the squeeking is coming from a Delrin bushing. And yes, the grease that they are providing is formulated to work with that material.
On the bolt, most likely it isnt a one time bolt but instead a one time nut. Sometimes companys use a oblong threaded hole which clamps down on the bolt, ie a lock nut. Some lock nuts will stretch after one use so their clamping power is comprimised after that.

+1 I didnt think of that but that nut is probaby the weak link.
