Differences, pros vs. cons of both.... Just wondering if the Konis are worth the $ over D-Specs for a daily driven GT.... With a little road race and autobahn action of course!

Sorry for the non-verbal response but this topic is talked about a lot recently, but yes Koni's starting to shift the strong representation of Tokico's.

 

By the way, if you didn't see it in another post, Sam Strano won a national championship in autocross on D-specs. But he switched to the Konis recently. I'd say thats a pretty good endorsement. Either way you can't go wrong. Unless you are a very serious racer, I doubt you'd feel/know much difference but then I haven't driven on the Konis so I can't say for sure. I just suspect that an ave joe like myself doesn't have the expertise or experience totell the difference.

 

I'd strongly recommend that anyone wanting my opinion should call me. Yes, I won Nationals on D-specs before Koni's were available. I have Koni's on my car personal car and really like them. However, there are details best discussed before reaching a decision, and they are not details I can dive into by forum (or PM, or e-mail).
