Mickey- What is the main difference between the Eibach prokit and the sportlines kit?

Thanks,

Nick

Sportlines lower the car more than the prokit. Sportlines are REALLY low.

How much is a lot more? I don't want it be too low, maybe the pro kit is the way to go.

If you don't want to be "too low," I would avoid the sportlines.

IIRC, Sportlines are a 2.0+" drop, and with a drop that aggressive, you really have to start paying attention to the suspension geometry.

I had the pro-kit and switched to the sportlines and am VERY happy with my decision.

I just installed Roush rear springs last night. It dropped the rear of the car right at 1" and now it is exactly 28.5" to the top of the fender in the front and the back. Two great things about just lowering the rear w/ Roush. The rear is much easier to install than the fronts, and w/ the 1" drop you don't need to worry about getting the adjustable panhard rod as part of the install. It will basically give you the same look in the back as you have in the front.

I really like the rid of the Roush springs. It is firm but not too rough. I didn't want to go too low on mine b/c I worried about slight rubbing of the tires on the fenders.

Ok thanks for the explination guys. A few more questions before I pull the trigger...

1. If I get the Eibach prokit, would I not be able to do a body kit later on if I decide to? Right now I am not sure if I would to do a whole body kit or just the front bumper porition. I'm not sure if the prokit would lower my car too much to the point were I could not add a whole body kit or just the front bumper.

2. What other things should I buy for the install of the Eibach prokit? Do I need to order any other parts to complete the instal?

Thanks again guys, very informative thread!
