Okay so before starting this e-mail, I hand thought there were only two options (BMR and FRPP). I was really going to ask about anyone using the FRPP one because while it costs around $100, it does have the sleeve and hence would be a "simple" press out, press in operation.

However, now I have found several more options. I was wondering if anyone had used any of these other ones? Currently, I am running the poly/spherical combo on my LCAs, but the thought of putting a spherical bushing on the body on a street car seems a little well possibly noisey to me. So I was thinking about doing poly/poly. I know there is the concern of "binding", but I figure with the combo on one set and poly/poly on only the UCA that it "might" be slightly midigated (sp?).

So are there any thoughts on any of the below options? Or are there more that I haven't found yet?

My experience: got the Spohn bushing with the adjustable upper control arm. Got the bushing removal kit from MM. Tried it and gave up. That bushing is in there unbeliveably tight, nearly impossible to get out without removing the rear axle completely. I finally rationalized that less NVH was probably a good thing and kept the stock bushing. Good luck to you.
