Steeda in the rear, Roush in the front.......dropped it 1" in the back and 3/4" in the front. I didn't want too much.....I already can't even straddle a frog in the road.

OP

Pics of the new wheels?

what offset are the new wheels and what size tire as these can affect how much lowering you can do.

Meaning, if the wheels stick outside of the wheel well or are close to the lip, it may look like you could lower the car 2in but you have to remember how much suspension travel you will end up with as you don't want those new tires to hit the fender lip when hitting a bump

Anyone running BMR springs? From what I've read they drop 1.25 in the front and 1.4 in the rear. They got my attention with the price, but I rather not go cheap if they aren't of good quality.

I just put a set of Eibach Pros on over the holidays. It dropped it about 1.25 in the front, and maybe that in the back. I really wish that it was around .25 to .5 lower in the back. The ride is sweet. No crashing, corners great. Did I miss something with the "clocking" on the back springs? Does it matter? I know the front does.

Got 'em at Tommy Vaughn Ford in Houston for $200. Took about 3.5 hours without a spring compressor.

I put in Steeda sport springs (along with Tokico dspecs). The springs lowered the car 7/8" up front and 1-1/4" in the back. Nice and level now, handles great!

I had the BMR springs on mine, yes they do drop it at least 1.25 in the front and 1.5 in the back. It was a little too much for me (couldn't get lift arms under it at the hobby shop) so I just had H&R GT500 springs installed. They're great, car handles good but I don't get beat up on bumpy roads anymore.
