Very easy with a lift. My first time ever doing it on ANY car, and it took us 3 hours to do the front and rears. Fronts are a pain, rears you can finish in 20 minutes flat. We did it with a jack and stands though, not sure how it works on a lift because you have to be able to release the load off the springs in the rear by lowering the axle.

It took my techs at work about 40 minutes including alignment.

I didn't do it alone....but I did wallow around on the garage floor helping with mine. It didn't seem too difficult.

Easy to do, especially with a lift. Look for other links for details.

Are you planning to replace your shocks and struts as well?

I am considering just lowering springs but how long can I expect my stock struts to last when lowered?
