Default Control Arms

I was wondering what control arms are recommended. I was looking at the METCO lower control arms. I was also looking at going with adjustable upper and solid lower control arms. What is the best control arms to get for my 05 mustang GT? Thanks

Metcos are the best. I have the lower ones and they are solid. Go for it.

What do you have for upper control arms? Do you just have stock upper?

it depends what you want to do with the car. some control arms allow articulation and are better for corner carving and some are really stiff and better for drag racing. all the metcos i've seen use poly bushings which are good for drag racing but not as good for the twisties.
