Most of the Fitment issues you hear about are people trying to cram 14" rotors and six piston calipers inside of an 17" rim. Almost all of the Break systems out there BAER, BREMBO to name acouple will fit in 18" or larger rims. And if you find something you like you can always call the company and ask them is they know of any problems.

There's the template if you are interested in Stop-Techs set. I think Brembo and Baer have them somewhere on their sites too.

Are you interested in a BBK just for looks or to improve braking performance?
If it is to improve braking performance have you already made all of the other normal braking improvement mods, i.e. DOT 4 fluid, upgraded pads, SS lines , front brake cooling ducts and upgraded tires.

Geez, how many BBK threads can there be?
Baer has a kit that increases the rotors to 14" and uses a new caliper bracket to adapt the stock calipers. Since it uses the stock calipers, there aren't any clearance issues with anything 18" or larger. If you go with a kit that upgrades the calipers, you have to worry about your offset.
Unless this is for looks, there are much better ways to go about improving your braking performance.
