i know a-arm braces, g-trac braces, and the lot have all been covered before, but i haven't really seen much input about ford racing's a-arm brace. i know some of the 07+ verts had them installed from the factory, but i have an '05 and it's lacking one. so, i was wondering what you all's opinion is of the ford racing a-arm brace... is this particular one a worthwhile upgrade, or am i better off getting a different kind... or one at all for that matter... thanks

Is this the brace that goes at the back of the front A arms? If so my 08 GT came with one stock.

I also added the Steeda G trac brace for good measure as I had already purchased it. I coludn't tell if it did anything more than add weight as we made so many other mod at the same time.

 

My '08 GT has it as OE as well. Otherwise I'd have added one (or something just like it even if I ended up making it myself).

yep, that's the one. i remember reading that the '07+ verts and cobras had them from the factory, but i wasn't sure about the coupes... apparently they have them too...

now i feel left out; everyone has one but me
