2005-09 vs. 2010+ suspension geometry?
So I have been reading about the 2010 pony and how it hands down beats the old 05-09 pony car in handling. I was wondering how different is the suspension geometry from 05-09 to 2010+? Is it only shocks, different spring rates and setup or is it more? I would ultimately like to get my car to handle at least as good if not better than the 2010+.
Currently I have BMR springs, Steeds Billet LCAs and looking to get Strano sways and Koni STR.Ts (possibly Koni yellows).

I have a 2010 GT (non-track pack) currently, but previously owned a 2006 GT vert and a 2008 GT coupe. Honestly, I don't believe that the regular 2010 GT suspension is a substantial improvement over the suspensions in the 05-09s. The only difference between the suspensions is that in 2010 they increased the spring rate in the rear, lowered the rear .25" and changed the rebound and compression in the shocks and struts. The control arms, bushings, suspension mounting points, and sway bars are all the same. I don't think the 2010 GT suspension is that much improved over the 05-09. You still have the same problems that plague the prior years such as wheel hop, axle tramp, and the issues inherent in the panhard bar design.
The 2010 track pack uses further revised shocks and struts, the same GT springs, front and rear control arms from the GT500, and sway bars off of the GT500. I haven't driven one of these, so the improved handling touted in the 2010s is probably from this model. You should be able to put together a comparable "stock upgrade" suspension quickly and cheaply with OE GT500 sway bars, good aftermarket shocks, and springs from a 2010 or 2008-2009 Bullitt.
Here is a good article that lists the changes in the 2010 suspension...

Chi, get the shocks and struts. I just installed the STR.Ts last night and they are a lot better than stocks. I also added HD upper mounts at the same time. As far as handling, those components are key. You may want to go with the Yellows if you track it though.

I suspect that the 2010 Track Pack tires (Pirelli Pzero 255/40ZR19 Summer tires) are a bit grippier than the 2009 and earlier GT tires (BFG KDWS All Season 235/50ZR18).
Not sure why they didn't go to a 9" - 9.5" wide wheel for a 255-wide tire like they did for the earlier GT500, though.

Which HD upper mounts did you get??

Geometry wise the cars are no different. It was stated in a few posts.... the 2010 Track Pack is a lot "faster" because some basic spring/bar changes helped balance it and it got super sticky street tires. Nothing that can't easily (and much more cheaply) be done to an earlier car.
The addition of Strano bars (hollow and adjustable both) and the better dampers (still way better than Track Pack dampers) will result in something that is better than a Track Pack car if you put your car on sticky tires. Your springs aren't great handling springs, they are much more about looks. They don't add the wheel rate you need/want for the drop. None the less the CG is lower, and while you could improve the springs, if the cost of doing so would keep you from the bars or Koni's--then I'd just settle for what you have.
