What Do I Need
i'm got 08 gt and I'm a daily driver, so far over the winter i have bought a frpp rear sway bar (no bushing or hardwear) Saleen Sport Mustang 35mm Front Anti Sway Bar (no bushing or hardwear) PRO SERIES KIT LOWERING SPRINGS BY EIBACH, Chip Foose Front Strut and Chip Foose rear shock. i dont know where i can get the bushing or do i this use the factory, and do i need anything else. i plan on getting 20'' wheels next year
something you don't necessarily need, but might be a good idea is a good set of damper (shocks/ struts)
you should probably also get an adjustable panhard to fix that rear axle swing from lowering the car.

What are you trying to do with the car? Autocross, Track Events, only a DD, Drag Racing? When you come up with a plan then you will be able to get some answers for the what are the suggestions. There are racers and polishers, which one are you?
These cars are quite capable right off the show room floor and do not need much. By the brand products and rim selection you are saying I doubt you are looking for anything other then just the street. At that rate if you are looking to mod for the sake of modding a good set of dampers would be recomended. Non adjustable ones would be great for you.

Better handling is still a subject oriented more in the "racing" direction. Can you be more specific about what you want the car to do differently? This could be either making it do something better or not doing something you'd rather it not do. "Better" could be either more of something or less of it.
Going back to the topic title - what you really need has to be something that you would encounter in the sort of driving that you actually do. From a purely performance point of view, there isn't a whole lot of sense making all of the mods that are appropriate for a fairly serious autocross car if you never corner above 0.5 lateral g (and based on personal observation, very few people drive even that "hard").
I will say that the stiffer sta-bars should help in a way that you might not expect - you should end up getting into the bump stops a little less frequently, given the lowering that is also planned.
You'll notice having good shocks all of the time, not just when you're cornering harder than usual. I have no basis for opinion either way on the Foose pieces, however.
