I have the Roush Stage 2 suspension package. Been very happy with the overall balance between handling and ride comfort. Drop is about 1" in the front and rear. I would agree to change all and not just the springs, since the labor charge is going to be the same. Good Luck with your choice.

Preferably with stock 18s on the car.
