i have a shelby gt with FRPP stage 3 handling pack with adjustable ford racing shocks. does anyone know how to adjust these? the shocks have a small removable cap on top of the shocks and looks like a hollow bolt with flats on the threads.

i'd apreciate if someone could help me out here.

 

nevermind. i found the adjusting tool and instructions. the mechanic left them in the car for me.

 

WELL CRAP. do i need to loosen the 3/4 nut first before adjusting with the allen tool? when i tried to adjust the shocks i just used allen tool and tried adjusting it CCW and a little threaded allen screw came out of the threaded hole inside the main bolt. i tightened it back down. i'm confused. HELP!
