Default Are these really 18's?

I saw this http://www.mylrs.com/blogs/lrs/archi...need-them.aspx for the SVE drift wheels, where the site shows they are 18x9's, but don't those things look like 19" wheels to you guys? (the pics of the white 5.0) Don't get me wrong, they look good. I just want to verify the size - to see what 18's in this wheel really look like.

18's are THE wheel to have on these cars in my opinion.

Leaves room for what belongs on the muscle car.... big rubber!

Judging by where the outer edge of the wheels are on the S197, they are the 18 x 9's with the SN95/NE offset, which could be as low as +22. The 19's are claimed to be coming with the proper S197 offset, which will push the outer face of the wheel inward.

Here's what 18 x 9.5", +45 offset looks like (compare tires to fender edges here with the 4th picture down on the link).

Maybe my eyes are fooling me with the offset, and that they are quite a bit wider, but it seems like compared to this picture of mine (18's), I have quite a bit more sidewall than the white one

I'm no fan of a rubber band look that some setups end up being, and like the flexibility and affordability of 18s. But this photo confused me, especially as I look for a new wheel and tire setup

Quick update. I confirmed with LRS that these were indeed 18s on the white GT shown on the LRS website.

These are my next wheels.
18x9. 22lbs. $150 a pop. Fits brembo's. I don't think I'll mind if they stick out a bit.

I was going to go for the TSW Nurburgrings, but the price on these ones is just too good.

Call me a skeptic but I don't believe it. I think my factory 19"s have more sidewall than the white Mustang in those pics...and the pic of the white Mustang on LMR for the 19" wheels appears to look exactly the same.

Don't look at the tire sidewall. Look at where the outer face of the wheel is relative to the fender openings. On the white car it's clearly a little outside the sheetmetal, while a 9.5" wide rim with the correct S197 offset still fits inside.
