Lowered + staggered tires + wheel spacer = rub??
she's stock right now and I want to lower her about 1.3-1.4" or not very much and get some staggered 10" wide tires 18" and maybe some wheel spacers.
now i understand that this is probably overkill but i want that really low and wide look because there's this pesky corvette on my way to work that i keep getting stuck behind and I'm getting a little envious.
my main concern is rubbing so if someone could recommend some really stiff lowering springs which don't have to lower it more than an inch (its not a big concern). I plan on sticking out a little but the spacer might be a little too much on top of the staggered tires.
Also if some wheel designs stick out more than others, can someone edjumakate me on that too. thanks

Yeah good call on dropping the spacers.. they won't be needed. The staggered 18's will sit flush with the fenders if you are low enough.
This is my buddy's car on Sportline springs and 18x10 out back.
As you can see, no spacers needed here
I just put a mild drop on mine (Steeda Sports). It has a mean as hell stance from behind with the 18x10.5" out back, so all you really need are the rims/fat *** tires and springs. (and a set of dampers if you want it to handle and ride smooth).
