Sway bar Options
Next month I’m installing Koni Yellow’s, Steeda Sports, and more than likely BMR upper and lower control arm’s. The last piece missing are the sways and I see many options out there. I believe I have narrowed it down to three main choices. Hotchkis, Steeda, or Strano B3 package. This is how I see it
HotcchkisCould be overkill with a 38MM front bar though it is tubular so it may not be as stiff as a solid 38MM and it’s 4 way adjustable. Rear bar is 25MM, tubular and 3 way adjustable. At $540 it’s the priciest option but it may be due to the fact that all the bushing brackets are greasable. I like this since I don’t have to remove to grease.

SteedaFront bar is 35MM, tubular and 3 way adjustable, rear bar is 25MM solid and 3 way adjustable. Rear bar comes with endlinks and new bushings, the Front uses stock hardware. At $449 it’s the middle of the pack. To add greasable bushings to the front (I believe their rears are geasable) would be $89 for UMI bringing total to $538.

Strano B3Front bar is 35MM, tubular and 3 way adjustable, rear bar is 25MM tubular and 3 way adjustable. Comes with all mounting hardware but the bushing brackets are not greasable. Though at $359 it’s the most economical and knowing Sam’s reputation I’m sure it’s great quality.
To add greasable bushings (Hotchkis rear, UMI front) to both front and rear would cost about $239 bringing total to $598.
