Default 2015 Wheels on a S197

I have been looking at takeoff wheels and tires from 2015s, thinking about putting one of the 18in ones on my 2007 v6 Convertible.

Rims for Ford Mustang 2007
Bolt pattern 5x114.3
Diameter: 16'' - 22'';
Width (inches): 7 - 9.5;
Offset (mm): 30 - 38.

The 2015 wheels are:
235/50 R18 8Jx18 ET30 5x114.3

So the offset is on the lower end, but they should fit. Has anyone tried them?

Also, would the TPMS sensors off the 2015 work with a 2007?

I grabbed my numbers from here:

Hey Chuck,

The stock 18" wheels off of an S550 should fit your S197 without issues!

I have seen them interchange back and forth flawlessly.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions!

Have you guys put them on any 07-09 s197s? From what I understand their TPMS system is different than 2010+

Chuck,

You are correct, the TPMS sensors themselves are different.

You would either want to swap the sensors or live with the annoying little light on your dashboard.

The wheels themselves will fit, the sensors simply will not sync.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions!

Will, I have a 2015 GT with the 50th Anniversary wheels, 19x 8.5 with +42.5 offset, will it fit a 2014 V6? I have an interested party who wants to purchase them. Thanks in advance.

Default is this what your're looking for?

My "new to me" 2005GT. I just picked it up today. It has some newer wheels on it.

Is it the lighting or a custom paint job?

the 15's have a different thread and pitch on the lugs, and the lug nuts are a lot bigger. S197 lug nuts may not fit the wheels.
