i bought some front and back springs from what i was told a gt500

the rear part numbers on the springs are

sjr
9r3v-5560-ja
e29ej

how or where can i verify these are really off a gt500?

I've checked through some of your other posts, and it seems you are the latest in a long line of people to completely ruin the handling of your car on the road.

The gt500 weighs 500 more lbs at the FRONT and if you don't install adjustable shocks all around your front wheels will barely be functional.
