Well i got the pulley puller i needed today in the mail! This thing worked great, didnt need heat or anything, it took her right off. I did heat the hub when putting the metco pulley on and she slid right in nicely!!! The aux idler and everything fit perfect and the belt went back on and inline great!

after tunning this i started her up and took her for a short test run. All I can say is WOW! this thing is a beast, i can only imagine driving some of ur GT500's w/ 700+... Thanks for all the advice and tips from everyone and I am taking her to the dyno tom. so i will be back with numbers later. Oh yea and im def gunna need some stickier rubber...

That looks soooo awesome....it's exactly what I'll be doing as soon as I get my GT500...2.6 pulley, double bearing auxillary, JLT intake, exhaust....the shop said on their Mustang Dyno they've seen stock GT500 start off at about 420-430rwhp, and after all those items are installed, including a dyno tune, you can expect 100-120 additional rwhp...woohoo!!!

over on Teamshelby i saw a guy who dynoed 428 and w/ stage 2 am VMP tune he put down 539

 

well i just got back from the dyno. i put down 526/509... I guess initially i was kinda disappointed... i wanted a little bit more, but hell this is enought... for now... my goal is just to be around 550 so i figured next will the the FRPP cobra jet throttle body and the IW 10% OD pulley. then get a new tune

The temps were def. hotter today then last week. It was actually 11* hotter today then my baseline run.

So i have spent enough money for now and i need 2 stop... at least till carlisle... unless i can get a great deal... I NEED 2 STOP THIS ADDICTION!!!

 

So you gained almost 100 RWHP and 72 RWTQ...thats as expected IMO and worth the mod money

 

zack...those are very nice numbers...dont get too hung up on the numbers....as you are aware allot of variables effect the final numbers....bottom line is you have a car that puts down over 500 hp to the rear wheels...I dont think that is anything to sneeze at for sure...
it also matters in your seat of the pants feel...and a couple posts up you were stating

that is what matters to you is how you like it....great job now keep it safe....

maybe a group buy will come in down the road on TVS or whipple 2.9s and we could get it on them...LOL....I truly could not imagine having more HP than I have now....I just want more efficiency...(more hp lower boost and temps) and thats what the TVS provides...again...looks awesome...congrats and keep safe...TJ
